I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer in Sukhothai and it proved to be a great choice. The hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including clean rooms, good Wi-Fi, and spacious accommodations. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my business trip a pleasant experience.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or business center within the hotel. It would have been convenient to have a designated area where I could work on my laptop and have access to printing and other office amenities.

The location here is great for exploring the attractions nearby, and the housekeeper deserves a shout-out for doing a great job.

It made our trip to Sukhothai an excellent experience. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Room was great value for money.

The room is very clean and the owner is really friendly and helpful. Near to the bus terminal and the stop of the bus to the sukhothai old city is just on the opposite of the guesthouse. Good value for money, highly recommended!!!

It was really nice stay. From the moment we arrived at the bus terminal at night, the owner came to pick us . he offered us free bycycle to tour around the new city. The location is about 1kn away from a bar and some really good street food.
There was a little lizard in my room and some small ants in the wall, when I came back.. But nothing hazardous, and I guess it's unavoidable in such a place, especially for the price .

The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space for us all to relax. The location was perfect, within walking distance to town and conveniently close to the bus stop for the temples. Khun Haeng, the owner, went above and beyond by offering to take us to the bus station and even treating us to breakfast for our trip. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!
My children wanted more activities for kids to enjoy.

ez house was a pleasant surprise! clean, comfy, with a big bed and hot shower. it felt like a hotel. complimentary water and toiletries were a nice touch. wished we could've stayed longer. rooms cleaned daily. better than pricier guesthouses we've stayed at.
wifi had issues.

The rooms at EZ House are so cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Sukhothai. The seating area is great for just chilling out and the King-sized bed in the larger superior room is like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the private balcony offers stunning views of the mountains. And with free Wi-Fi, I could stay connected and share all my travel adventures!
Personally, I wished the bathrooms had bathtubs instead of just showers. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others would still enjoy the refreshing showers.

As a solo traveler, I loved the convenience of the location being on the main road and just a 10-minute walk from the bus station. The free bikes provided allowed me to easily explore downtown in less than 5 minutes. The room and bathroom were in impeccable condition, with a modern and comfortable design. The family who owns the property was very kind, going as far as driving me to the bus station when I left. The food served at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and offered at a very fair price. it was a fantastic value for money.
Felt right at home here, no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Sukhothai and had an amazing experience. The owner of the guesthouse went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even helped me with my luggage and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and had air conditioning, which was a bonus. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything I needed. They even let me park my car in their carport and gave me a small present when I checked out. The guesthouse also provided free internet and drinking water in the room. The best part was the incredible value for money, I couldn't believe the affordable price I paid for such a great stay. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Sukhothai. I had a fantastic experience and would choose to stay here again.
Although my stay was great, there were a few minor issues. There were lizards in both rooms, which made it uncomfortable to sleep with the squeaking noises they made.

The bathroom was absolutely amazing, with a brand new shower cubicle that was so clean it sparkled. The bedroom furniture was decent and the mattresses were deep and incredibly comfortable. The bed linen was high quality and made for a wonderful night's sleep. The home cooked food at the guesthouse was delicious and had great value, especially with the drinks being cheaper than most places. The WiFi was really good, allowing us to stay connected at all times. The guesthouse was run by a lovely family who made our stay even more enjoyable. We were able to easily take the songtheaw to the historical city right from outside the guesthouse, or take a shortcut and walk to the bus station in just 15 minutes. The staff at the guesthouse were absolutely awesome, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They even allowed us to leave our bags there all day after check out and offered us a shower and a place to wait until we had to go to the bus station in the evening. The room itself was very nice and extremely comfortable. The location of the guesthouse was perfect, allowing us to easily visit the Historical Park and walk to the night market in the new town at night. our experience at the guesthouse was totally recommended and we highly recommend staying there!

I had the most amazing stay at this place! It was absolutely mind-blowing. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the night market where I found delicious food for great prices. Plus, it was conveniently situated for visiting the nearby ruins, with wooden vehicles ready to take you there right across the street. The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, definitely the best I've had during my trip. The added bonuses of clean towels, free water, and a/c made my stay even more enjoyable. The owner was extremely helpful, going out of his way to accommodate my needs. He even took care of my backpack when I wanted to go to the ruins early in the morning before he opened up. In the evening, he even called a tuk-tuk driver for me to get to the bus station. This place is truly fantastic and I would definitely go back without any doubts!

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop and it provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, offering an arrival drink. The room had a clean and comfy bed, as well as amenities like towels and toiletries. The air conditioning worked well, and the small fridge with a freezer compartment was a nice bonus.
The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated work desk or workspace in the room.
